- Design of 2 nozzle machine molds (one draining, one non-draining) for rainwater treatment structures.
- Integration of an existing vibrator.
- Design and supply of a half-thickness nesting former.
Information supplied by customer: Geometry of concrete part. Simultaneous production quantity: several dozen parts per day, as immediate demolding is required.
Special features: Pneumatic cylinders are used both to hold the reinforcement hoops and to create the water passage holes. Technical difficulties: Compliance with machine geometry and specificity of pneumatic cylinders.
