The manufactured mold was designed to provide 3 improvements compared to the existing one:<\/p>\n
Significant co-design work between CTVS and the client enabled the proposal of a solution fulfilling the three criteria mentioned.<\/p>\n
The mold was assembled with its hydraulic accessories and could be connected directly to the production machine’s circuit.<\/p>\n
This new development allowed us to expand our product range to other applications, involving automated machinery in an immediate demolding process.<\/p>\n
