A word from the General Manager, Philippe Bachelet
By taking over the activities of Chaudronnerie Trévoltienne and TECMO, CTVS has acquired the skills and experience of the individuals who built the company. This team, composed of the best professionals, has allowed this SME to forge a reputation for excellence through its completed works, prototypes, complex technical boilermaking, and single-piece or small-series production. Since 1986, the company has been active in the concrete mold market and, thanks to the quality of its manufactured products, has exported its creations worldwide. Building on this foundation, CTVS will now bring a new impetus to its clients, based on:
- A stronger sales dynamic, enabling us to take their expectations into account more effectively.
- In-house mold design, which reduces lead times and allows for the creation of more complex technical assemblies. This step enables most sheets to be laser-cut for high precision.
- Maintenance and modification of molds, for customers in close geographical proximity.
In April 2014, CTVS acquired the technical and commercial archives of Tecmo, a company based in La Voulte. As a result, we are now able to carry out all modification and improvement work on this equipment. With these new services, combined with our technical expertise and the responsiveness of an SME, CTVS will respond quickly and efficiently to all your requests.

SCOME founded in 1970
- Anse in the Rhône region, specializes in the production of metal molds for the concrete industry.
1974
New building in Trévoux
- The company moves into a building specially designed for the activity
1986

Restarting production
- Six workers from SPEFAC company team up to create Chaudronnerie Trévoltienne. They restart manufacturing in the Trévoux factory. Since then, the company has continued and developed its activity in the manufacturing of metal molds for concrete prefabrication.

Philippe Bachelet creates CTVS and
acquires
- Chaudronnerie Trévoltienne. To ensure the long-term future of the company they had created, the remaining partners in Chaudronnerie Trévoltienne decided to sell their business to CTVS. Know-how acquired over 40 years is passed on and perpetuated

First export business
- CTVS wins its first foreign contract, in Austria.
April 2014
Purchase of TECMO’s assets
- CTVS acquires the assets of TECMO to monitor the maintenance and development of existing molds.
2017
Exports account for 50% of sales
- Almost half of CTVS sales are generated abroad: 1,000 km around Lyon + Morocco and French overseas departments and territories.
