- Design of 2 hydraulically-operated lifting formwork tables (12m x 4.5m).
- Adjustable cheeks allow panels of different thicknesses to be produced.
- Installation and control of variable-frequency vibrators.
Information provided by the customer: Different part geometries required
Simultaneous production quantity: 1 piece per day
Special features: Double-acting cylinders allow the table to be lifted 85° to guarantee spall-free demolding.
The tables are made from one-piece sheet metal, without splicing.
Technical difficulties: The lower edge, which supports the demoulding load, is adjustable.
