Ultra-high-performance fiber-reinforced concrete (UHPC) mold – Champ Barby pedestrian bridge (CH) Information supplied by customer: Part geometry and distribution of lateral reservations.
Design office work: Design of a mold to manufacture the part.
Demolding: Special features: There were 84 different types of reservation on the bridge, which meant that all possible combinations had to be numbered and documented.
Some reservations were only used once.
The angle of the reservations in relation to the parapet required the reservations to be oriented on their axis. Technical challenges: Geometric and waterproofing constraints, management of manufacturing configurations.
Country of supply: Switzerland Destination: Architectural UHPC concrete footbridge.
